About Scanning
- How do I scan a vinyl record? Open the app, tap the scan button, and point your camera at the vinyl label. Make sure there's good lighting for best results.
- Why isn't my vinyl being recognized? Ensure good lighting, clean the vinyl label, and hold your device steady. Some rare or obscure records may not be in our database.
- Can I scan multiple records at once? Premium subscribers have unlimited scans. Free users have a daily limit.
About Your Collection
- How do I backup my collection? Premium subscribers can enable cloud backup in settings. You can also export your collection as a file.
- Can I manually add records? Yes! You can manually add vinyl records if scanning doesn't work or if you prefer manual entry.
- How do I export my collection? Go to Settings > Export Collection. Premium users can choose from multiple export formats.
About Premium Features
- What's included in the premium subscription? Premium includes unlimited scans, cloud backup, advanced statistics, ad-free experience, and priority support.
- How do I start my free trial? Tap on any premium feature and follow the prompts. You'll get 7 days free, and you can cancel anytime.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Manage subscriptions through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) settings.
Technical Issues
- The app won't open or crashes. Try restarting your device and ensure you have the latest app version. If issues persist, contact support.
- Camera permission issues? Go to your device Settings > VinylGO > Permissions and enable camera access.
